The Clavey group takes compliance with data protection laws extremely seriously and insists on complete compliance. Distribution of Personal Information to Third Parties
If, in the course of processing the order, information is forwarded to service providers then these service providers are bound to comply with current data protection legislation, other statutory regulations and, by contract, with the privacy policy of the Clavey group. Companies of the Clavey group will provide your data in the required scope to agencies entitled to access such information insofar as they are required to do so by law or if so required by court order. Clavey group companies will not forward your personal information to third parties for any other purposes without your express consent.
Data transfer within the group
Insofar as you have given your permission, or we are otherwise legally obliged to do so, we may distribute your personal information to sister companies within the Clavey group for the purposes listed below.
Transfer of data to a third country
We will not transfer your data to any third country. Third countries are states which are not covered by the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

4. Data Collection on Our Website
Contact form
If you send us enquiries using our contact form, your information from the enquiry form, including the contact details which you enter there, are retained by us for the purposes of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not forward this information without your permission.
The processing of the information entered in the contact form takes place exclusively on the basis of your permission (Art. 6 para. 1 point a of the GDPR). You are able to withdraw this permission at any time. You simply need to send us an email to this effect. Any data processing which took place before your withdrawal of permission remains legally valid and unaffected by the withdrawal of permission.
The details entered into the contact form by you remain with us until you instruct us to erase them or withdraw your permission for us to retain them, or the purpose for retaining the data no longer applies (e.g. after your enquiry has been completely dealt with). Statutory requirements – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
5. Plugins and Tools
Google Web Fonts
In order to achieve the consistent appearance of fonts on the screen, this site uses web fonts provided by Google. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts in your browser cache in order to show text and fonts correctly. In order to achieve this, the browser which you use must connect to Google's servers. This informs Google that our website has been opened via your IP address. We use Google Web Fonts in order to provide a consistent and attractive look to our online presence. This represents a legitimate interest in the sense of Art. 6 para. 1 point f. of the GDRP.

Google Maps
This site uses the Google Maps service via an API. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. We need to store your IP address in order to use Google Maps functions. This data is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this website has no influence on this data transfer.
We use Google Maps in order to provide a consistent and attractive look to our online presence and to make it easy to find places we mention on the website. This represents a legitimate interest in the sense of Art. 6 para. 1 point f. of the GDRP. In order to fulfil contractual and legal obligations the Clavey group collects, retains and processes the following categories of data.
From applicants:
- Personal details (e.g. name, address, place of residence, date of birth)
- Contact details (e.g. telephone number, email address) Other types of information sent to us as part of the application process, until the end of the application process
From customers and contractors:
- Company details (e.g. name and address of customer)
- Contact details (e.g. telephone number, email address of the contact person)
Purpose of the data processing
The Clavey group processes the aforementioned data exclusively
- for the fulfilment of statutory, court or official orders or specifications (EU GDRP Art. 6 para. 1 c)
- for information about our service offering and events (EU GDRP Art. 6 para. 1 a)
- for carrying out anonymized statistical evaluations such as satisfaction surveys (EU GDRP Art. 6 para. 1 g)
- in order to contact the applicant/customer (EU GDRP Art. 6 para. 1 a& b)
Erasure obligations
Personal information retained by the Clavey group is erased or anonymized once the aforementioned purposes no longer apply or after the expiry of any legal retention periods. Irrespective of this, applicants, customers and contractors can at any time withdraw their consent for the further processing of their data. In this case we will erase all relevant data. Any legally prescribed retention periods remain unaffected.
