Job description:

  • Supporting the manager in all organisational duties and work procedures
  • Processing and selection of post and e-mails
  • Dealing with correspondences incl. proofreading
  • Organising appointments, coordination and preparation
  • Organising storage
  • General office duties

Requirements:

 

  • Successfully completed office clerk training
  • Several years’ experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge and skills in MS Office and Outlook 365
  • Independent, proactive and binding work
  • Friendly, helpful, and self-confident manner when dealing with customers and business partners
  • Written and spoken English
